Registration fee and cancellation policy
The participation fee includes:
- Access to all plenary and parallel sessions - Forum package (including Book of Abstracts) - Full proceedings CD-ROM - Lunches and coffee breaks during sessions - Social activities (reception, gala dinner etc) Deadline for registrations: 25 May 2012
* The Early-Bird Registration is reffered to the day of payment, not to the day of online registration. All payments made after that day, as well as payment onsite, must be as regular registration.
To book your place in this event, please fill this REGISTRATION FORM in all its parts. The registration fee must be paid via bank transfer, please see PAYMENT METHOD DETAILS
Please note that we do NOT send invitation letters for visa applications.
If you want to be accompanied by a guest, please note that accompany person does not participate at the conference sessions. Accompany person can attend the social program paying tickets.
Participants are asked to book their accommodation directly; details of some convenient hotels close to the conference venue will be listed (closer to the event date) in the accomodation section of this web site.
Cancellations received before 30 April 2012 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds can be made after that. All cancellations must be in writing and must be sent by email with return receipt to: info (at) knowledgeasset.org
