Registration fee and cancellation policy
The participation fee includes:

The forum managers will organize shuttle service to and from Bari airport (BRI) - upon request (NOT included in conference fee - the return ticket payable directly to the driver is around EUR 40,-). Please indicate your flight details within the registration form or send them to
in order to book your place for shuttle service.
Participants are asked to book their accommodation directly; details of some convenient hotels close to the conference venue will be listed (closer to the event date) in the accomodation section of this web site.
Cancellations received before 20 May 2010 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds can be made after that. All cancellations must be in writing and must be sent by email with return receipt to:
