Registration fee and cancellation policy


The participation fee includes:
-  Access to all plenary and parallel sessions
-  Forum package
-  Full proceedings CD-ROM
-  Lunches
-  Coffee breaks during sessions
-  Gala dinner

Deadline for registrations: 01 June 2011

Early-bird registration before 15 April 2010 EUR 290,-
Regular registration EUR 380,-

Please note, that the Early-Bird Registration Fee is reffered to the payment, not the day of online registration.

If you want to be accompanied by a guest, please note that accompany person does not participate at the conference sessions. Accompany person can attend the Gala Dinner and Lunches paying tickets.

Cancellations received before 01 May 2011 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds can be made after that. All cancellations must be in writing and must be sent by email with return receipt to:
