Guidelines for Oral Presentations
All papers will have a discussant. Each author can present only one paper. Each presentation will be allocated a 20 minutes slot – this will allow for 15 minutes to present plus 5 minutes questions and answers.
Data projection and overhead projectors will be provided as standard in each session. For those
making electronic presentations then Microsoft PowerPoint will be the standard software used. If you
think your requirements may not fit in with the above then please contact the organisers as soon as
possible to discuss this.
You can bring your files on CD ROM, Memory Stick; etc. However please ensure the version of software
is Microsoft XP Professional or earlier.
We do not specify a format for presentations but would advise that you do not use too many slides and that you ensure that the font size will be readable by people at the back of a room.
