Publication Plan
All accepted papers will be included in the Forum proceedings with ISBN.
The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index database (formerly known as ISI Proceedings) and Scopus database. Following the Conference, authors of the selected high quality papers will be invited to submit their papers for inclusion in Special Issues of following high-impact international academic journals.
All accepted papers addressing distance learning topics will be selected to be considered for publication in the international journal
